Rocket designer sues over images
The China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (CALT) recently filed lawsuits in Fengtai District Court against automaker BMW China and milk producer Mengniu Dairy Group alleging unauthorized use in their advertisements of images of the Long March carrier rocket developed by CALT.
