Sinotrans buys InterBulk stake
Sinotrans (HK) Logistics Ltd has spent 18.15 million pounds ($28.67 million) acquiring 165 million shares of InterBulk, becoming that company's largest shareholder.
InterBulk is one of the world's most successful inter-modal logistics companies. The move is expected to give a significant boost to the chemical products logistics sector.
