The China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce. Its co-sponsors are the UN Conference on Trade and Development, UN Industrial Development Organization, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, International Finance of the World Bank, World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies and the China Council for International Investment Promotion.
