XIAMEN, Fujian - Like Istanbul's magnificent and historic Grand Bazaar, the China International Fair for Investment and Trade is a place where business is done. The fair's financial weight - billions of dollars in investment into China and, increasingly, from China to the rest of the world - is difficult to overlook.
