Kind-hearted thief returns documents he had stolen

A thief in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, is being called kind-hearted for his decision to return documents and invoices he had stolen to their owner.

A local resident with the surname Zhang went out for business on Aug 6 and left his car with its window open in a street in the city. Later when he returned, Zhang found that a bag he had put in the car had been stolen.
