Summit discusses improving raw milk

The 2011 China Dairy Industry Development Summit was held in the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse on Aug 7 in Beijing. The theme of the summit was about improving the quality of raw milk as well as regulating quality management. Officials from the Ministry of Agriculture, National Development and Reform Commission and the Dairy Association of China attended the summit.

At the summit, a ceremony for the inauguration of a fourth demonstration station for students' milk was performed, bringing the number of such stations in China to 101.
