URUMQI - Shenhua Group Corp Ltd, China's biggest coal producer, will invest 52 billion yuan ($8 billion) in coal-to-oil conversion projects in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, aiming to reduce the country's dependence on imported oil, a company official said.
