Firms to pay dumping duties

Companies from the European Union, the United States and Japan have been dumping photographic paper into China's market and will be forced to pay duties at Chinese Customs.

China's commerce ministry said on Wednesday. The initial ruling was the result of an investigation announced last December into suspected dumping of the light-sensitive paper and paper board used for art, advertising, aviation and national defense purposes, the ministry said in a statement on its website.
