Interruption breaks shopkeepers' habit

More than a dozen people running small shops in Wuhan, Hubei province, have to take taxis to find a toilet.

They used to go to a communal toilet in a nearby local animal husbandry bureau. However, the bureau, which had promised that they could always use the toilet for free, closed it without notice.
