Great Wall domestic IPO
Domestic SUV and truck maker Great Wall Motor received approval last week from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for an initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The company said in a prospectus that it plans to issue up to 304 million shares to raise 3.17 billion yuan to expand production capacity.
