Sharp rise for Jaguar Land Rover

Jaguar Land Rover China last week reported a significant rise in sales for the first six months of the year, when it delivered 18,508 vehicles to China, year-on-year growth of 48 percent.

Land Rover broke its previous record by delivering 16,322 units, an increase of nearly 50 percent compared to the same period last year, while Jaguar sold 2,186 cars, a 44 percent increase over the first half of 2010.
