Tax revenue climbed
China's tax revenue increased 29.6 percent to 5 trillion yuan ($773.51 billion) in the first half of this year, the Ministry of Finance said in a statement on its website on Tuesday.
Personal income taxes gained 35 percent and resource taxes gained 45 percent in the first six months as compared with a year earlier, the statement said.
