China gets US auto parts firm
China Auto Parts and Accessories Capital Holding Ltd announced that it has acquired Century Automotive Mfg Inc, a prominent American auto parts supplier, on July 16, in an equity restructuring deal.
Century has a global sales network and close ties with major OEM suppliers and top auto manufacturers worldwide.
