Man on rape charge after victim's gender confirmed
A man who forced Xiao Yan to have sex with him will be charged with the crime of rape, after DNA tests confirmed Xiao is a girl.
Xiao's parents, who live in Honglin village in Chongqing, could not tell whether their child was a boy or a girl.
