Though it was highly rated by consumers, all movies sold in an online shop at Web portal Taobao turned out to be counterfeits, according to Nanjing police in Jiangsu province.

Police now have arrested 19 suspects after nearly a month of investigation.

The shop on China's largest retail website mostly sold illegally copied movies on Blu-ray discs that are increasingly popular for their high definition and other features.
