Air carrier adds to coach seats

China Southern Airlines Co will have the world's second-largest number of economy-class seats in the Airbus SAS A380 when it becomes the first Chinese carrier to operate the superjumbo later this year.

China's largest carrier by fleet size will get the first of five A380s in September and plans to have 428 seats in coach class, Zhou Junbao, general manager for marketing, said in Shanghai.
