Free Flower Expo tickets for teachers and students: From now to Sept 18, teachers and students flying China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines to Xi'an will have the chance to win complimentary admission tickets for the ongoing International Horticultural Exposition in Xi'an.

Beijing-Detroit direct flight: Delta Airlines is to launch five weekly Beijing-Detroit direct flights on July 3, one month after it opened the Shanghai-Atlanta direct route.

The direct flights will reinforce the link between the two cities. Delta operates 47 routes to and from China weekly.

Emirates flies to St Petersburg: Emirates Airlines starts flying from Dubai to St Petersburg from Nov 1. The flight takes off from Dubai at 10:35 am and arrives in St Petersburg at 4:15 pm and the return flight departs at 5:45 pm.
