Capital fans squawk for Kwok's performance

Throngs of dancers in designer clothing wowed the crowds who filled Beijing's Mastercard Center on May 27 and 28 to support the man they call one of Cantopop's "Four Heavenly Kings", "Evergreen Tree", "Shing-shing" or, more commonly, Aaron Kwok.

The Hong Kong singer-turned-actor delivered a full-throttle two-and-a-half-hour performance on this leg of his 2011 world tour. All eyes were on him from the moment he appeared onstage in sparkling silver pants and a tight red shirt. It was difficult to believe the acrobatic dance moves were being performed by a 46-year-old. His attire changed throughout the show to match different songs.
