Student loses case against university over cheating

A college student, who was deprived of a degree because he was accused of cheating, sued his university and local educational authorities.

The student surnamed Li received a demerit from Beijing Forestry University in 2007 for cheating in an exam. Two year later when Li was about to graduate, the university decided not to award him a bachelor's degree.
