Spyker finds new mate for Saab

Saab's parent company Spyker Cars NV found a new mate just a few days after the breakup of its short-lived association with Chinese automaker Hawtai as Pangda Automobile Trade Co agreed to pay 45 million euros ($54.3 million) to buy Saab vehicles - money crucial to resuming production.

Pangda will also pay 65 million euros ($93 million) for a 24 percent stake in Spyker and have members on the boards of both Spyker and Saab, according to recently signed agreement.
