Man confesses to murder that never happened

A man in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, gave himself up to the police recently for a murder he did not commit.

The 22-year-old man, surnamed Yang, went to a local police station and said that he had killed a man. However, after investigation police found the murder never happened and they later tested Yang for drugs. The tests proved positive and Yang was charged with taking drugs by the police.
