Artist sentenced for performance-art sex
An attorney in Beijing applied for administrative reconsideration for his client who was sentenced to one-year of re-education through labor for lewd behavior in public.
Cheng Li, 57, from Lanzhou, Gansu province, participated in an art exhibition held in Songzhuang town at Tongzhou district in Beijing on March 20. His performance art involved sex with a female partner in front of an audience.
