Premier League crown could be decided at Old Trafford on Sunday

LONDON - Chelsea will be one win away from completing the most remarkable comeback in Premier League history when it faces Manchester United in a high-stakes title decider at Old Trafford on Sunday.

A wildly erratic campaign which included the club's worst run of league form in more than a decade looked to have scuppered Chelsea's chances of defending its title as recently as March 1, when it trailed United by 15 points.
