Garbage collector lures underage girl into relationship
A waste collector from the Fangshan district in Beijing was recently prosecuted for luring a 13-year-old girl and having a baby with her.
In 2005, the waste collector, Cai Shigang, then 36, got to know the girl as she always sold waste to him. On Dec 4, 2005, he used the girl's trust in him to take her out of Beijing, breaking her connection with her family.
