What's new

Wang Deshui, a Chinese artist living in Japan, is to launch an exhibition tour of his ink and calligraphy works at museums in southern Hunan province, beginning in mid-June, to mark the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

Over the past year, Wang has made extensive trips to Hunan, the home province to legions of revolutionary figures of the 20th century, such as Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi and Ren Bishi, seeking inspiration for his artistic creations.
