State enterprise profits up
China's central SOEs have posted a 22.4-percent increase in profits for the first three months of this year.
Combined net profits of 121 central SOEs totaled 208.58 billion yuan ($31.96 billion), according to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
