Almost as difficult as catching a thief
The ad in the local newspaper in Henan province said that 10,000 yuan ($1,500) in cash had been found, and they were looking for the owner. Curiously, 21 people claimed to be the rightful owner.
A woman had found the money on a bus in the provincial capital of Zhengzhou on March 21, and, out of honesty, turned to the Dahe Daily for help.
