Hotel video camera spots thieves trying to steal a TV

The procuratorate of Luohu district in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, recently approved the formal arrest of two Hong Kong residents on a charge of theft after they tried to steal a TV set from a local hotel.

According to police, the two followed the advice of a friend and decided to steal TVs from hotels because they were short of money.
