Company scores unduplicated success

For the past two decades, Japan's Kyocera Mita has been promoting its ECOSYS technology for its eco-friendly line of printers, multi-functional printers, and wide format imaging products.

This type of office equipment currently accounts for more than 20 percent of the Kyocera Group's revenues.

"We have patented technology for manufacturing long-life drums and components, so, basically, all the user needs to replace is the toner," explained the president, Katsumi Komaguchi.
