Ready to switch job? Think it over first

This time of year is when many people switch jobs. Many of my friends and colleagues are now in the process of looking, even though some have changed two or three times since graduation.

Frequent "job hopping" is common among graduates. They usually don't know what they truly want.

But before talking about whether it's right to change or not, let's look at a basic question: why do people want to find a new job?
