It's legal, yes, but is it really reasonable?

In a recent online video a woman can be seen shouting at an equally angry young man in a packed train carriage during the Spring Rush, the annual holiday travel peak. The argument started when the woman, who was spread across three seats, refused to scoot over for an elderly man with a standing ticket.

When the frail old man's son arrived on the scene to question the woman's actions, she blasted back: "I've bought tickets for these seats. I can do whatever I see fit with them."

After a few minutes of confrontation and a vain attempt by the train attendant to reconcile the parties, the son and father dejectedly walked away.

It's legal, yes, but is it really reasonable?
