The first Mini crossover models went on sale in China last week with two variants - the Mini Cooper Countryman Excitement and the Mini Cooper S Countryman All 4 - priced at 358,000 yuan and 415,000 yuan.

Equipped with a Cooper engine producing 88 kW in power and 160 Nm of torque, the Countryman Excitement has a top speed of 182 km an hour and consumes 7.6 liters of fuel every 100 km.
