Exports accelerate

BEIJING - China is speeding up the pace of its exports of high-speed rail technology to overseas markets including the United States, Russia, Brazil, Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
The Ministry of Railways now has 16 work teams that follow overseas high-speed railway plans and coordinate Chinese enterprises to help them enter these markets.
The ministry has signed agreements with Laos, Myanmar and Turkey, and efforts are being made to ensure construction can start in the three countries as early as possible.
