From small local machinery manufacturer to construction company with a global reach

The Lonking Machinery Co Ltd's development has been quite impressive, according to its peers, going from a small private company to the only mainland construction machinery company to be listed overseas - all in just 12 years.

In August 2010, the China Construction Machinery magazine's "Top 50 Global Construction Machinery Manufacturers" list had Lonking in 26th place, up from the previous year's 35th.

In 1993, when Lonking was founded, it could only assemble 80 loaders, worth 30 million yuan ($4.5 million), annually.
