Let's eat and flex mussels

A cozy French-Belgian restaurant has recently opened on Taicang Lu, a quiet place close to the Xintiandi hub where bustling restaurants and pubs create such buzz in downtown Shanghai.

The motivators are 32-year-old Huang Chen and 29-year-old Zhou Zixuan, two Shanghai natives who lived in France for more than 10 years. They decided to open Moules because they discovered that a restaurant specializing in mussels was rare in the city.

Mussels are common and popular in Europe, where the seafood is considered both tasty and nutritious. Mussels are a good source of protein.
