Minister set to be debated
The nation's top legislature is expected to vote on whether to remove the minister of railways and appoint a successor during its bimonthly session from Feb 23 to 25, according to a statement issued after a meeting of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee on Wednesday.
