Men suspected of scaling building pipe for burglary
Four men were recently arrested by police in Tonglu county of Zhejiang province, suspected of breaking into a 20-story residential building.
On the night of Jan 5, they came to the high-rise and climbed up an outside pipe, using cotton gloves and rubber overshoes instead of ropes or safety buckles.
