Official praised for taking orphans under his wing

A top civil affairs official in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, won praise from netizens after he went online to help three orphans find a job and intern opportunities.

Liu Runhua, director of the civil affairs bureau and also the guardian of 1,217 children in the city's social welfare center, said in a post on Feb 9 that he was proud of three orphans who had made their way to college.
