Senior DPRK, ROK colonels meet in bid to ease tensions

BEIJING - Senior colonels from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and the Republic of Korea (ROK) met at the border village of Panmunjom on Tuesday, the first official dialogue since the shelling of the ROK's border island of Yeonpyeong in November.
