Noise complaint residents keep an ear to the ground

Residents who have been complaining about noise and shaking ground that they say is caused by the newly opened Daxing subway line are waiting in the hope that a solution to their woes is in the pipeline.

The 200 householders have been complaining for about two months - while the line has been undergoing runs - that their homes have been hit by a bad case of the shakes.
