ABIDJAN / UNITED NATIONS - Cote d'Ivoire's incumbent leader Laurent Gbagbo on Saturday ordered UN and French troops to leave the country, but UN chief Ban Ki-moon rejected the demand, saying his blue helmets would not budge.
