GUANGZHOU - Indian powerlifting coach Vijay Munishwar wants to learn more about China as a mark of respect for his mentor, Liu Kee Shong.

Munishwar was the first athlete to engage in powerlifting in India and became a notable coach when he retired from competition in 2002.

However, he regards Liu, who died of kidney failure in India 15 years ago at the age of 47, as the best coach he ever met.
