Bald gang suspected of rigging auctions

The gavel has fallen on a gang of 10 suspected thugs that police say used intimidation to rig real estate auctions in the capital.

Officers rounded up the suspects on Oct 15 and the investigation into their alleged operation is continuing.

Two principal suspects, a man surnamed Li from Heilongjiang province and one called Shi from the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, allegedly targeted real estate auctions in Chaoyang district.
