Oktoberfest comes late to Hong Kong but Donna Mah says the festivities are just as jolly as ever.

It has been 200 years since the October feast to celebrate the Bavarian royal nuptials started a party that came back every year. Oktoberfest celebrated its 200th anniversary this year with festivities from Sept 18 to Oct 4 in Munich, but in Hong Kong, the festivities are just starting.
