Michelin-starred chef Igor Macchia from Ristorante La Credenza will cook at the Italian restaurant of Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel from Oct 24-31 to treat Beijing's gourmands to authentic Italian fare. He will host a Michelin-star dinner on Oct 29 and a cooking class on Oct 27.
