Man parks car on highway to pluck flowers for lover, fined

Shanxi province police fined a man who parked his car on the side of a busy expressway to pluck some flowers for his girlfriend recently.

The man, along with his girlfriend, was driving past the Xiangyuan section of the Taichang Expressway last Monday when his girlfriend marveled at the beauty of the flowers in the isolation belt.
