Court hears how resident drowned inside building

A Beijing court began hearing a disturbing civil case on Tuesday about a man who drowned inside a residential building.
The family of 58-year-old Zhou Yunqing took the matter to Chaoyang district court seeking compensation of more than 1.3 million yuan.
The court heard on Tuesday that Zhou drowned in a waste water well in the basement of the building he lived in on July 21.
