Man detained for hurling rocks at taxis from overpass
Police in Xiamen, Fujian province, arrested a man who pelted rocks at passing taxis from an overpass on Thursday, damaging three cabs and injuring a security guard who tried to stop him.
The man, carrying rocks in a bag, went up an overpass and hurled stones at any taxi that crossed by.
