Suspect jumps in lake, realizes he can't swim
Police in Hohhot, capital of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, rescued a theft suspect after he jumped into a lake in a desperate attempt to escape last Friday.
Shen Qiang, 25, who had allegedly stolen a mobile phone from a woman in a park, did not know how to swim.
