Hospital to pay for leaving customer numb in the face

A court in Zhengzhou, Henan province, on Monday ordered a hospital to compensate a woman to the tune of nearly 40,000 yuan ($6,000) for a cosmetic surgery gone horribly wrong.

In December 2009, Hu underwent a cosmetic procedure to increase the space between her nose and upper lip, for which she paid a total of 18,000 yuan.
